Class Schedule and Descriptions
75-min Gentle Flow to Restorative on 4/23 @ 7pm
This Gentle Flow to Restorative class is a great way to unwind from a busy day. This multi-level class helps relieve stress and reduces the negative thoughts that are a byproduct of infertility. The class is designed to increase energy and blood flow to the heart and hips, as well as restore balance in both the body and the mind. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and restored. Space is limited!
90-min Restorative + Reiki on 4/26 @ 6:30pm
This class combines restorative postures, gentle yoga, and Reiki (a Japanese energy healing technique) to help reduce stress hormone levels, increase energy and blood flow to the vital organs of the body and reproductive system, and stimulate the endocrine system. Postures are supported with a range of props, and are held for 5-10 minutes allowing the body to regain balance and invite a greater sense of calm. Experience all of the benefits of Restorative + Reiki has to offer, and leave feeling refreshed.
