Having healthy coping skills is essential to your wellbeing, especially when faced with the emotional roller coaster called infertility. As children, we model coping skills after the adults in our lives. Sometimes the skills we learn are positive ones; other times, they are negative. Thankfully our coping skills can be learned and refined, or unlearned and replaced, helping us through the most difficult of situations.
