Restorative Yoga for Disappointing News

We hate receiving disappointing news too. Part of the process of expressing your emotions may include feeling like your heart has dropped into your stomach, ugly crying in the bathroom for hours, either not eating or overeating to comfort yourself, and feeling like you can’t breathe. This restorative practice gives you another way to physically express and release your emotions while calming your nervous system reducing the stress on your body. Do this practice as often as you would like, to help ease your body and your mind.
