Let’s Gather a Baseline

honest. Here at Orchid Experience, we feel it’s essential to get a baseline for how you’re feeling from time to time. When we check-in, it allows us the ability to come back, reflect, and notice the progress we’ve made after a few months. Take a few minutes to check-in with yourself, again be honest, no one will read this but you (and you don’t have to read it if you don’t want).

Currently, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being not good, 10 being excellent) rate the following:

  • Level of Anxiety

  • Quality of Sleep

  • Fatigue

  • Depression

  • Physical Pain

  • Mental Pain

  • Emotional Unrest
